Three new branch clubs for Mitchelburne in 2012

The Mitchelburne Club are pleased to announce the formation of three new Branch Clubs in 2012. They are Kesh, Co Fermanagh, Sandy Row, South Belfast and Barrhead, Scotland.

The Parent Club look forward to seeing representatives from the three new Branch Clubs at the upcoming Relief of Derry celebrations in Londonderry on Saturday 11th August 2012 and Mitchelburne Day which will be held on Saturday 15th September 2012.

Mitchelburne Presentations at LOL 1087 Christmas Dinner Dance

Two presentations were made to Mitchelburne Parent Club members at the Annual Christmas Dinner Dance hosted by Newbuildings Victoria LOL 1087.

Installation of Officers 2011

The Mitchelburne Parent Club of the Apprentice Boys of Derry held their Annual Installation of Officers for 2011 on Monday 24^th October 2011. The following principal Officers were installed in their respective positions:

Mitchelburne Day 2011

The Annual Mitchelburne Day will take place this year on Saturday 17th September 2011. The parade will leave Rossdowney Park in the Waterside at 11.00 am sharp and make its way to the Apprentice Boys Memorial Hall, led by the Pride of the Orange and Blue “Auld Boys” Flute Band.

Initiations of new candidates will take place at 12.30pm. This will be followed by lunch with entertainment being provided in the Hall along with tours of St Columbs Cathedral and the City’s Walls for visiting brethren.

The Mitchelburne Club of the Apprentice Boys of Derry are on countdown for the 322nd Anniversary of the Siege of Derry, more commonly known as the Annual Relief of Derry celebrations this Saturday, 13th August 2011.

Newbuildings Victoria LOL 1087 Dinner Dance

The Annual Dinner Dance hosted by Newbuildings Victoria LOL 1087 was held on Saturday night, 20th November 2010 in the White Horse Hotel, Londonderry. Like previous years an invite was extended to the Officers and members of the Mitchelburne Parent Club of the Apprentice Boys of Derry. There are many who hold membership in both organisations.

On the night a special presentation was made by Club President Bro Marshall Hay to Bro Barney Jackson of a new Membership Certificate.
